Call for Papers

GeoPatterns welcomes original research contributions from all branches of spatially integrated geosciences and humanities. The journal is published twice a year (April and November) and operates a single-blind peer-review process.

Submission Steps

  1. Title, Abstract and Keywords
    Prepare a concise title, an abstract of up to 250 words, and a maximum of 5 keywords.
  2. Authors and Institutions
    List all authors with their full institutional affiliations and e-mail addresses.
  3. Agreement Letter
    Download, complete and sign the GeoPatterns Agreement Letter, certifying that the work is original and has not been copyrighted elsewhere.
  4. Manuscript File
    Upload your manuscript in Microsoft Word format. Ensure the file does not contain any author identifiers (for blind review).
  5. Review and Submit
    Review all entered information for correctness, then click “Complete your submission”. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon successful submission.

Please consult the Information for Authors and Author Guidelines pages before preparing your manuscript. The journal does not charge article processing fees (APCs) or submission fees.
